S&P 500 ~ Pre-Market Warm-Up ~ 11 May 2012

The resistance at 1363-65 held again yesterday.

The futures declined overnight and are now trading around 1346 which seems to be a very strong support:

If we can hold this level we could see a gap close (SPX 1358).
